The World Children's Festival
Our Global Education and Creativity Camp, developed in partnership with the International Child Art Foundation (ICAF), offers campers a unique opportunity to develop global perspectives and enhance their critical thinking skills. Set in the nation’s capital, participants enjoy an unparalleled learning experience filled with diverse activities that foster creativity and global awareness.
During one of our notable projects in Uganda, Africa, we launched the Kasangula School and contributed to well-construction efforts, significantly impacting the local community. Campers also participated in a vibrant international event where children showcased their national pride and artistic talents. Oogie Art played a pivotal role by teaching art during this event, held on the White House lawn during an eclipse viewing.
The experience culminated with an educational visit to a prominent art museum in Washington D.C., where participants engaged in a modern and contemporary art lecture, deepening their understanding of art history through guided tours by expert docents.
Through our partnership with the ICAF, our programs not only educate but also connect students with global cultures, enhancing their appreciation and understanding of international communities and art.
