Oogie Art Leadership Program

In 2025, Oogie Art will once again host the Leadership Program, offering students the chance to engage in impactful art projects and workshops.

What You’ll Experience:

Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with students from Kasangula School in Uganda, gaining a unique perspective and fostering cultural exchange through art.

1. Hands-On Mural Painting: Participate in interactive online mural painting sessions, guided by experienced Oogie Art instructors, where you’ll develop new techniques and artistic skills.

2. Online Group Exhibition: Showcase your collaborative artwork in an online group show. The exhibition will provide a platform to celebrate your hard work and creativity with a wider audience.

3. Scholarship Opportunity: Participate in a voting process where the most popular artwork wins a one-year scholarship for a Kasangula student, providing an inspiring opportunity to support fellow young artists.
   
   

Kasangula School Collaboration:

Each Oogie Art student will mentor Kasangula School students online, teaching mural painting techniques. Through this virtual collaboration, students from both schools will work together to create unique artworks.

What You’ll Contribute:

Once the lessons are complete, the collaborative artworks will be showcased in an online group exhibition. The piece with the most votes will earn a one-year scholarship for the winning student, fostering artistic growth and cross-cultural connections.
