Teaching Art & Mural Project

Oogie Art Leadership Program

In 2025, Oogie Art will proudly host the Leadership Program once again, giving students the opportunity to engage in meaningful art projects and workshops.

What You’ll Experience:

  1. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with students from Kasangula School in Uganda, exchanging ideas and fostering cultural connections while creating art together.

  2. Hands-On Mural Painting: Participate in interactive online mural painting sessions, guided by experienced our instructor, Jiwon where you’ll develop new techniques and artistic skills.

  3. Scholarship Opportunity: Participate in a voting process where the most popular artwork wins a one-year scholarship for a Kasangula student, providing an inspiring opportunity to support fellow young artists.

What You’ll Contribute:

  1. Showcased Artworks: Upon completing the lessons, the collaborative murals will be displayed on the walls of Kasangula School. The most-voted piece will grant a one-year scholarship to its creator, encouraging artistic development and strengthening global connections.

  2. Hands-On Mural Painting: Learn and practice new mural painting techniques in interactive online sessions guided by our skilled instructor, Jiwon.

  3. Scholarship Opportunity: Take part in a voting process where the most popular artwork secures a scholarship for a Kasangula student, inspiring and supporting young artists to achieve their dreams.

This program offers an inspiring blend of creativity, cultural exchange, and community impact.
