3-10 Weeks Intensive Program
Monday - Saturday: Two daily sessions:
10 AM - 2 PM I 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Students will engage in 12 focused classes each week, with personalized feedback and one-on-one guidance from our award-winning instructors. After class, students optionally continue working on their projects until 10 PM, submitting progress updates to their instructors for additional feedback.
This intensive program is available both in-person at our studio and online, offering the same level of rigorous instruction and quality. Whether you're attending in person or joining us remotely, Oogie Art will help you develop the skills, ideas and portfolio needed to succeed in the art world.

Finish Your Art Portfolio at Oogie Art
Whether you’re an art beginner, future art/design major, or non-art major, Oogie Art offers the perfect opportunity to make the most of your summer break. Hone your art skills, learn design and software, prepare for art competitions, develop your college art portfolio, write portfolio descriptions, essays, and finish your portfolio with us! Plus, take part in critiques and showcase your work in an art exhibition at our gallery in New York.
We place great importance on building a close relationship between the student and instructor throughout the intensive program. This connection allows both to focus deeply on the portfolio, ensuring the student completes a highly polished and fully developed portfolio.
Summer Intensive Art Portfolio Program: Studio
The Summer Intensive Art Portfolio Program offers immersive experience where students receive personalized, one-on-one guidance from award-winning instructors.
For students traveling internationally or from long distances, you can request to arrive early on your schedule. We also offer assistance with arranging your stay in New York, whether through hotels, Airbnbs, or other accommodations, provided you inform Oogie Art at least 1-2 months in advance.
This program is highly tailored to each student’s college and major goals, ensuring the creation of top-quality portfolio pieces. Many of our students achieve acceptance into their dream schools after completing the program.

Summer Intensive Art Portfolio Program: Online
Our Online Summer Intensive Art Portfolio Program offers the same level of instruction and one-on-one attention, all from the comfort of home. Students submit their work electronically for real-time feedback. Like the in-person program, this includes virtual workshops, portfolio reviews, and tailored guidance based on each student’s dream college and major.
The Online Art Portfolio Program follows the same teaching methods we use in our schools, based on the guidelines published in Art College Admissions and Smart Sketchbooks 9 Series. Additionally, we’ve introduced intelligent features to help you develop portfolio pieces more efficiently than ever.
A key benefit is the ability to save commuting time, which many students and parents have found valuable. Despite being online, there is minimal difference in the pace of progress or the quality of artwork produced, according to feedback from both students and parents. As a result, students from different states and even countries join this program, allowing you to effectively develop winning portfolio pieces remotely from anywhere in the world.
